Why Sponsor?

Gain visibility and promote your events. An initial print run of 5,000 means your photos and listings will be seen by thousands of dance-loving households throughout the region. Sponsors distribute calendars to friends and fans of dance by selling them or giving calendars as gifts. And Dance/UP reaches new audiences by working with Visibility Partners to distribute 2000+ calendars through their circles and networks.

Everyone can be a part of it. This classic calendar proudly showcases the strength and diversity of Philadelphia’s professional dance community. To date, there are over 90 professional companies and 2,000 individual dance artists and educators based in Greater Philadelphia. If you are one of them, get in the 2011 calendar today.

Raise money for your activities. As a sponsor you will receive a number of wall calendars which are easy to sell to friends and fans to earn back your sponsorship fee. When you sell those, buy additional calendars at a low wholesale rate and earn as much as $7.50 for every additional calendar you sell. New calendars arrive September 1, giving you a long 5-month selling season.
Participate in the Dance/UP Distribution Program and leave the order processing and calendar shipping to us.

Support New Stages for Dance (formerly Theater Rental Subsidy Program). If you have ever received a Theater Rental Subsidy grant, or hope to in the future, sponsoring the 2011 calendar is the best way you can help keep the program strong for years to come.
